Me, Ruby, and Lianna went to a dance class at 1 Million Dance Studio! We took a beginner's class from Minny Park. It was a lot harder than I had anticipated, but I had a lot of fun.

Our instructor was so good! The other dancers also inspired me to want to work harder on my dancing ability, especially in such a stylistic genre as hip-hop.

^ I messed up a bit in the video, but you can really see the ambiance of the class through this clip!

Afterward, we got Subway and ALL of us messed up our orders. (Korean is hard, ok.) It was still overall a super fun night. I would def. recommend is to any dancers wanting to take a class in Seoul.

Then, we had to get our Alien registration cards, which only took about an hour. Since we had all morning to kill before our afternoon Korean classes, we went to Insadong (인사동)!

인사동 is like a tiny village of artists. There were so many shops displaying handmade jewelry, art, clothes, and more. I really loved the atmosphere here. It felt a lot less touristy than other places we visited like 홍대 or 명동.

We had lunch all together and had the MOST AMAZING 해물파전 (Seafood Pancake). It immediately became my new favorite food.

We also visited the 똥 카페 (poop cafe) and an art gallery.

We of course had to visit the LINE FRIENDS store too, where I met my BFF, Chimmy!

To be honest, I don't remember the time period between these events...BUT we eventually went to NOLSOOP Cafe. It's a really cute 만화 (comic book) 카페!

^ Lianna and Serena reading 만화

I read a 만화 about this snail that somehow turned into a man?? I also got a mango smoothie!

Maggie reading a 만화:

My favorite part about NOLSOOP Cafe is that they have beds everywhere and little hideaways, so even though you are in a public cafe, you feel like you're in a quiet, private, reading room. It's very relaxing.

One last place I wanted to mention was 뚝섬공원 (ttukseom park)! This is probably my favorite place in Seoul. It's right along 한강 (the Han River) and there's so much to do!

Maggie and I rented bikes for really cheap right below the train station! The weather was perfect that day, too.

It's RIGHT on the river, so plenty of young people were having picnics or biking, and lots of old people were walking along the pedestrian path.

There's also a library and cafe connected to the train station that overlooks the water, where I went back to study because it was so relaxing.

Also, we saw a drama bing filmed as we were riding bikes!

The sunset here was beautiful as well. However, a lot of the trees were still bare. It felt kind of in-between winter and spring. As Maggie put it, "It seems like everything is waiting for the cherry blossoms to bloom"

Blink and you'll miss that fraction of a season. What a beautiful moment.
